5. Hosting for all Models
To view or share Matterport models they need to be hosted on the Matterport site.

Add these to your model for the ultimate marketing
6. Four Exterior 360 Degree Elevations
Include 4 pictures, which includes the front, rear and both side elevations. These will be connected to the matterport model, and accessible from the model while viewing.
7. Eight Exterior 360 Degree Elevations
Include 8 pictures, which includes the front, rear, both side elevations and all four corners. These will be connected to the matterport model, and accessible from the model while viewing. Suggested for properties over .75 acres.
8. Floor Plans, Models under 2500 SF
Includes Room Dimensions, Room Labels, and issued as individual images per floor and as one image containing all floors
9. Floor Plans, Models over 2500 SF
Includes Room Dimensions, Room Labels, and issued as individual images per floor and as one image containing all floors
10. Basic Matterport Photo Creation
Up to 10 photos generated when the model is woven together. For use by the client as they see fit.
11. Intermediate Photo Creation
Up to 20 photos customized to the clients requests. The quality is high enough for use as MLS professional photos. (134 megapixels) For use by the client as they see fit.
12. Full Photo Creation
Up to 36 photos customized to the clients requests. The quality is high enough for use as MLS professional photos. (134 megapixels) For use by the client as they see fit.
13. Automatic Virtual Tour (Highlight Reel)
A "video like", completely interactive, walkthrough of the property, complete with room names. Completely custom made by our staff to fit each individual property and client.
(NOTE: Small includes upto 20 stops on the tour, Large has upto 40, and above that, request a quote.)
Creation fee is charge per Parcel. Multiple unit properties will be charged by total Square Footage. Floor Plans are charged per model.

Give more detail to the model by adding specific information about fixtures, hardware, finishes, appliances, local history, places to eat or anything else notable. We can add links to manufacturer websites, pictures, videos, as well as any other web resource. Mattertags can even be color coded to different purposes.
